Our Approach

Calibrate Pilates’ approach is rooted in the philosophy that there’s no such thing as “a wrong way to move.” When it comes down to it, all movement is right! However, we can help clients move more efficiently.

Each of our courses are designed to help you meet your client exactly where they’re at. We help you deepen your understanding of pathological processes and the movement dysfunction that can occur as a result. This gives you the confidence to adapt and modify your Pilates programming so that your clients can keep moving with you.
